  • I hold a bachelors in Psychology, a double Master’s of Science in Mental Health and Marriage & Family Counseling and 3 PSYCH-K certifications
  • I’ve spent the last 14 years honing my craft and making sure I can offer TRULY holistic care and support to my clients - I offer a hybrid practice of traditional therapy, nervous system & body support and subconscious reprogramming. 
  • I think of my type of coaching as a bridge between Eastern AND Western medicine because the sweet spot for thriving in mid life isn’t about leaning towards one or the other, it’s about leveraging BOTH. I.e. You can catch me meditating in the morning right before I take my HRT :)
