What You’ll Get:
Step One:
Two weeks of pre-work: this timeline can be extended for up to a month if needed – moving through the pre-work and implementing new daily habits is a prerequisite for starting the 90-day reset. This pre-work is essential for setting the framework for our time together.
- Nervous system reset – learn about what the nervous system is, why it’s essential to living a peaceful, fulfilling life and how to us simple, effective tools to create high impact morning and evening soothing routines
- Relationship reset – breaking toxic and negative relational patterns
- Hormonal reset – this module will be all about hormone health, what happens in perimenopause and beyond, what to expect, potential symptoms and we will create a hormonal road map to get you started on preemptive care – this may include referrals for dutch tests, HRT, bloodwork or peptide support including GLP-1’s
Step Two: 2-4 weeks later
1:1 VIP Intensive: we kickstart this reset with a personalized intensive, virtually or in person, to dive deep into your unique needs and create a personalized plan just for you. Think of it as your own personal bootcamp for the mind, body and spirit!
This intensive includes:
- A two hour 1-1 session to get things started!
- We will use this time to map a clear path to your 90-day goals – we will get specific!
- We will identify the blocks and areas of resistance you’re currently experiencing or have experienced in your past
- We will use the PSYCH-K process to subconsciously reprogram your blocks, fears and any stressful memories that are blocking your way
- We will create your hormonal health map – based on your intake form and what you learned in the hormonal reset, we will touch base about where you are in your hormone journey and set up the next steps, if appropriate, for testing and support. We will also discuss sustainable weight loss during this step if appropriate, including GLP-1 peptide support.
- We will set action items and steps for you to complete over the next two weeks
Step Three: 2 weeks later
Weekly, 60-minute coaching sessions begin for 11 weeks
Every week we will meet in person or virtually via zoom for 60-minutes to WORK YOUR ROAD MAP! The goals we set in the VIP session will guide our way, of course they can be updated as we go, when necessary.
Each week includes:
- Pep talks – each week you have the option to use your 3, 10-minute check ins, to share wins, challenges and receive feedback, support and pep talks! Change can be hard, even when we are ready for it, welcome it and are actively taking all of the right steps, I’m here to remind you that you can do this!
- Our 60-minute weekly sessions will be a mixture of cognitive behavioral & solution focused therapeutic techniques, PSYCH-K subconscious reprogramming, nervous system care and hormonal support.
- Action steps – we will set action steps each week and you will be able to use your teachable portal to track progress, have access to all of the pre-work modules and use your daily check lists to check things off as you go. This portal includes Exclusive Resources covering everything from hormone health to emotional wellness and self-care.
- At our halfway point we will check in with your road map, assess your progress and make any necessary changes and then continue with your last 6 weeks of the reset
