How to FEEL all your feelings

Most of what we do as adults is either in an attempt to chase a feeling or in an attempt to avoid a feeling. I would say with big pharma booming like it is that most people are engaged in the latter, seeking the fastest ways to stop what they are feeling as quickly as possible.

And to avoid feeling, we most often distract, numb and project. This keeps us in habitual patterns of deepening cycles and dynamics that we don’t want. And that’s why life can feel so cyclical and why stress and anxiety are so rampant. Stress and anxiety are responses to all of the feelings we are avoiding and repressing.

I still have yet to meet an adult who naturally knows how to feel all of their feelings willingly and with ease. Emotions hold SO much wisdom and are one of the 4 pivotal pillars in creating lasting change and transformation in your life. And, what we have learned from studying them for years is that feeling the full bandwidth of emotions is a skill set that takes PRACTICE.
